After several years off a I changed a couple of things. I usually go high end with what each player would be in their ideal situation which rarely happens. So now I just do two evals. One in general and one for the direct team. This is a general eval. No comparisons or write ups. This is a top 40 eval with mainly American college players. Note, This is a rough draft. .

1. Ingram- low tier starter floor, all-star ceiling.

2. Simmons- low tier starter floor, all-star ceiling.

3. I haven't seen Bender but I will ride with the scouts.

4. Rabb- high tier backup floor, all-star ceiling.

5. Ellenson - high tier backup floor, good ceiling

6. Dunn- high tier backup floor, good ceiling

7. Jamal Murray- low tier starter floor, solid ceiling.

8. Hield- high tier backup floor, decent ceiling.

9. Sabonis- high tier backup floor, decent ceiling.

10. Utah center, can't spell his name - high tier backup floor, decent ceiling.

11. Skal- low tier backup floor, good ceiling.

12. Chriss- d league starter floor, all-star ceiling.

13. J. Brown- d league starter floor, all-star ceiling.

14. Ma. Beasley- low tier backup floor, solid ceiling.

15. B. Johnson- high tier backup floor, solid ceiling.

16. D. Stone- low tier backup floor, solid ceiling.

17. Murray Washington - d league starter floor, solid ceiling.

18. D. Jackson- d league starter floor, good ceiling.

19. Valentine- mid tier backup floor, average ceiling.

20. Richardson- d league starter floor, solid ceiling.

21. Prince- Low tier backup floor, average ceiling.

22. Baldwin- low tier backup floor, average ceiling.

23. Skip

24. D. Davis- d league starter floor, solid ceiling.

25. Ulis- low tier backup floor, solid ceiling.

26. Damien Jones- d league starter floor, average ceiling.

27. Thomas Bryant- d league backup floor, good ceiling.

28. Skip

29. Stephen Zimmerman - d league starter floor, average ceiling.

30. Grayson Allen- - d league backup floor, decent ceiling.

31. Melo Trimble- d league starter floor, average ceiling.

32. Caris Levert- low tier backup floor, good ceiling.

33. DeAndre Bembry- d league starter floor, below average ceiling.

34. Malcolm Brogdon- low tier backup floor, low tier backup ceiling

35. Wayne Selden- d league starter floor, low tier backup ceiling

36. A.J. Hammons - d league starter floor, low tier backup ceiling

37. Chek Diallo- d league backup floor, low tier backup ceiling

38. Malik Newman- d league backup floor, low tier backup ceiling

39. Gary Payton II- d league backup floor, average ceiling

40. Michael Gbinije- d league starter floor, below average ceiling

I didn’t rate no euros which will be an extremely large part of this draft which is weak.

Superstar ceiling- Hof potential. Bird, LeBron, Davis, Jordan, Duncan.

Star ceiling- special potential. Think Melo, Wade, Paul. Perennial All Star.

All-star ceiling- Potential top 25-30 player. Top ten in your position. Think Paul George, Paul Millsap, Jimmy Butler, Kevin Love.

Good potential- Good NBA starter. Has an outside chance to be an all-star. Think Conley, Teague, McCollum.

Solid potential- decent starter. Think Mirotic, Thad Young, and prime Tayshaun Prince, etc.

Decent potential- Average starter. Can start but if the position has too much talent, they are backups. Think Rudy Gay, Jeff Green, Kyle Korver, Darren Collison. Majority of NBA starters.

Average potential- Average NBA player. Usually a 7th or 8th man. Might start once or twice. Has to have a niche.

Below average potential- think Brian Scalabrine. Practice players or talented players who lack too much of something and they can't overcome it.

Bad potential- Not a NBA player. Euro ball is as good as it gets.

This thread seems like a school project that you didn't care about and started the night before it was due
Well, I just threw it together. It's rough. I usually don't post the rough stuff but I wanted to have a template for when I actually am able to evaluate all of the guys at once.

I have evaluated all of the guys I would like on the Hawks fit wise but in general. I haven't eval none of them seriously yet. I decided to share the beginning with you all. I never do so. But this is how I start the process.

I haven't seen Barber play in two years. I haven't evaluated him yet. I don't have the time I use to have.

ACC leading scorer
Quickest and fastest player possibly in the country
Has improved every year, most notably his shooting.
