so in order to improve college basketball it must be just like the NBA? 
1. Lower the shot clock.
I'd lower it to 30, but I don't have that big of an issue with it. In high school, there's no shot clock at all depending on where you are. Going to a shot clock in a pressurized situation is quite radical as it is.
2. Get rid of some of the TO
The time outs aren't the problem. It's the official game stoppages that are a problem.
3. Ban the Zone.

4. Get rid of the possession arrow
Wouldn't mind this.
5. 6 fouls to foul out.
It's a 40 minute game. Why add more fouls?
If anything I'd add one thing to it. If I make a shot, I can't call a time out right after that.
