I used to feel like trying to twist the word "nikka" into a term of endearment among blacks was foolish, considering the word's dehumanizing origins...and in a way, I still do.
However, the reason I use the word "nikka" now more often than I used to is, and I hate to say it, because of white people.
See, white people (and some c00ns) started saying it was a double standard for blacks to use the word "nikka" and yet be upset when white people use the word "nikka". That's stupid, and I'm not gonna go into all the reasons why it's stupid. If you're halfway intelligent, you should already know why it's stupid.
But I started thinking like this...if there's one race of people who should be entitled to use that word with impunity, it's black people...and if there's one race of people that should NEVER try to check black people's hand when it comes to that word, it's white people.
Nevermind the fact that not all black people use "nikka", or that there are plenty of white people that say the N-word within the privacy of their own homes or when they're talking to their white peers.
So now I say "nikka" more often because I'll be damned if I let some racist straw hypocrite censor me or let some whitewashed c00n convince me to excuse racist behavior.
