So a few years ago i started learning how to cook basic shyt like Quiche and Curries and various other pastas and sauces by myself, learning from youtube vids. But now I wanna upgrade my skills. Im thinking of enrolling in a short cooking coarse but im wondering whether i should just invest in some cooking dvds from Jaime Oliver. I wanna start cooking some advance cuisines for dates. Help me out brehettes.

You got to learn how to grill :usure: You don't want a female out grilling you.

Start out with the basic hamburger and hot dogs then work your way up to the steaks, shrimp, fish, ribs etc.
:stopitslime:im not going to buy a 200 dollar grill when i live in an apartment

Well if i was on a date, I would cook some broccoli and cheddar bread bowl soup and greek salad.
Add some 100% cranberry juice to wash it down. :wow:

Or some Pimento Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms as appetizers :wow:

You'd lay her down so fast with this meal.:ohlawd:

and it may sound corny, and yes, I first heard the advice from a cooking manga (now an anime as well) but it's incredibly true....

but find yourself somebody that you wanna cook for.

Even if you aren't with them. Even if it's just some friends that you wanna cook for when they come by. Even if they don't exist and you have to imagine them.

It makes a WORLD of difference.

Learn to season your food: what spices go with what types of dishes, (Asian, Italian, red meat, fish, poultry), how long to marinate your meats.

Learn how to clean and cut your meat.

You probably already know, but knowing how to cook rice and pasta can help complete a meal.
