I work in logistics at a company that does profit sharing instead of 401k's. No bullshyt...after a few years my annual profit sharing check was $15,000. After you've been with the company around 5 years your check is 30+ all the way to 100+


There are co-workers of mine who buy brand new, current year cars, buy homes and pay off mortgages with their IPS checks.

I work in logistics for a manufacturer. I get both. Our profit sharing isn't quite that high tho. We get 6% 401k match and 5% on top of that without contributing. Good shyt all around though.

Nope. I wasn't going to even take the job because I thought profit sharing was bullshyt...till I attended our IPS party my first year there. I've never seen checks like that...folks getting $40,000 checks. Profit sharing is LOVELY my dude...LOVELY.
