Graduated in September 2019 at 24 with my CS degree and was pretty decent at it but my dumbass didn’t get an internship and that fukked me up. Couldn’t find a job for shyt and ended up taking a job as an ATM technician around summer 2020. 
I spent months searching and couldn’t find a job and got hella demotivated and kind of just gave up on programming.
I tried transitioning into the IT thing but I’m just not feeling it and that itch to program again has started to come back. I learned C++ in school and taught myself Swift back in 2020 so the good thing is i still remember all the concepts I just need a quick refresher and I’ll be back on my feet running.
The bad thing is I’m 27 turning 28 in October and it feels like I’m back to square one. I’m going to be almost 30 looking for an entry level job while I have to compete with these young kids fresh out of college.
