Lately, I been on this weird stump in my life where I don't know what to do as a struggling IT marsupial. I have a degree and diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking but I want to embrace that freelance business life. So here's the pickle, I want to get into programming or web design, but I don't know where to begin. I done some classes in college but :picard: the memories of enduring two days of trying to fix a minor error turns me off of the idea, but I love the experience of being puzzled.

I already plotting to cop a Macbook just for this purpose but I just need yall jewels and game to push me in the right direction because I'm lost in space with this big ass mainframe.

:feedme:Help ya fellow Coli marsupial programming and web designing brehs:mjcry:

Figure out what platform you want to work on and start writing programs. Apple has great videos and documentation on their features if you’re looking at mobile development, but I think you’ll need to pay for an Apple dev license ($100 or so to install apps on your phone).

If you want to freelance with no experience, you’re going to have to put some impressive apps out on the App Store.

I meant Hardware Technology.
:dahell: From where? Anyway your best bet go to a boot camp. Yes they cost money but it’s an investment. Self teaching is very difficult and your going to waste a lot of time just learning how to self study and what do study. Boot camps eliminate that

Technical college. I figured i may have to do some legit classes for programming. I know the basics but it still was a pain in the ass from learning those basics.

do not sink money into a expensive machine just to learn Programming bascis. At most youll need is a IDE on your home laptop/PC (assuming its not a chromebook) and a sturdy internet connection for online classes

I mean, I'm still going to get the Macbook regardless because I want to try something new. I been dealing with Windows for all my life and just want a new beginning on the Apple side of the game.
