They aren't hardware manufacturers like Sony. Doubt it will be more powerful, esp if released around the same time. Best bet is to wait a year and drop it in 2017.

Nah breh, Sony brought it up first waaay back last year. And the venturebeat article cites that rumors in the industry from a while back suggested Sony was doing an upgrade. Phil Spence of course got wind of PS4K and made a statement. That shyt was just PR.
