I want to speak to my attorney - do you actually have one?

So racism isn’t confined to the police. Evidently a racist attorney may convince you into deals he knows is bad for you. I read an article on that a while back. Black man was given a retrial after it was revealed that his attorney hated black people.

So the question here is; how to find reputable black law offices. List of black owned entities that deal with the government.

I feel like even a racist attorney wants to win his case. So as long as you don't accept a plea and make him work to take it to trial, it will be in his interest to try to win. because eventually his Win loss record will lose him credibility and clients.

But yeah, always try to hire a black lawyer if possible regardless

Thankfully I never had a racist attorney. I had a Jewish pd that saved my ass. I wore a Yamaka for a week.

He ended up going to law school with the judge assigned to my case.

I got off easy.
