This one is embarrassing. My brain must have been on vacation for awhile.

I was a big fan of San Francisco/Bay Area rap in my young years, and RBL Posse as much as anyone else got me into it.

There’s one song on the first album in 92’ when Black C says “RBL, that’s Ruthless By Law”

I guess I missed that line, because I’m wondering “what does RBL stand for?”

2 years later, they come out with their 2nd album, and this is the cover:
