What would be your tips diet wise for skinny brehs?

My problem is probs opposite of most people. My metabolism is high as all hell and I literally have to eat 5 or 6 meals a day otherwise I'll hover around a lean 145 - 150 (at 5'10") even with lifting.

I played football in HS and ate like crazy and was 155 at my heaviest. At 25 I actually weigh less than I did at 17. Creatine helps me LOOK heavier than I am but obvs is not permanent.

I've never been heavier than 160. Always (relatively) low body fat as well.

My guy I’m no expert but you’ll probably have to wait till your 30s to truly hit your glory days. That high metabolism shyt makes putting on a tough task until you slow down somewhat. I was like 175 in my 20s

weight gain is about eating a high amount of calories, not the volume of food you eat

Well first off I have the same problem. But as we both probably know diet is more important than exercise

How many grams of protein do you get a day? How many grams of carbs? How many calories total? How many calories from each?

Diet tips?

Well all I can do is give you my routine

I cut out drinking juice & sodas during work hours. That got replaced by a gallon of water. I don’t necessarily drink the whole bottle by day’s end but it’s certainly waiting on me the next day. I used to also eat donuts in the morning. I stopped that along with McDonald’s and swing by a deli. I order beef sausage, scrambled eggs on a roll. I guess that’s good for protein right? Lol As far as everything else I would say just cut down on the bullshyt and keep it at a day. Eat shyt high in protein. Look up what you like

Since my metabolism is still pretty high I eat like shyt but it works for me
