What would be your tips diet wise for skinny brehs?

My problem is probs opposite of most people. My metabolism is high as all hell and I literally have to eat 5 or 6 meals a day otherwise I'll hover around a lean 145 - 150 (at 5'10") even with lifting.

I played football in HS and ate like crazy and was 155 at my heaviest. At 25 I actually weigh less than I did at 17. Creatine helps me LOOK heavier than I am but obvs is not permanent.

I've never been heavier than 160. Always (relatively) low body fat as well.
Get more carbs in, they're too calorie dense for you to not gain.

Even if it's soda, candy, or junk food, if you get enough carbs/calories in, even with suboptimal protein you'll still gain.

Which helped more steriods or hgh

On a serious note, how often were you lifting? Did you incorporate other things instead of weight lifting?

I don’t lift actually

Pushups
Pull-ups
Dumbbells

I’ve been meaning to start lifting however. I started using that one machine where you’re mimicking the benching motion like 2 weeks ago

What'd you do to cut down to 179?

These guys are great. I took the majority of stuff they did and incorporated it into my daily routine. Buy a fukking yoga mat and get busy when you wake up with nothing in your stomach. This should take you no more than 15-20 min

Start yourself at a reasonable time per exercise (maybe like 20 sec) go up 5 sec per week. Do this 5-6 days per week. There was a point where I was doing two a days but I’ve cut down drastically once my abs popped. I do 4-5 exercises today currently...I used to do like 12 when I was trying to but the belly fat initially

If you ever feel like you plateau get creative. You will get to the point where you have a pretty good handle on the exercises and you can combine them doing something totally new altogether

Give or take depending on how much you want to lose this shyt should take you like 8 months to a year...maybe less. It all depends on your dedication

I went up from low 170s to 200 when I was in my mid 20s. I had a similar issue to you, but I really just didn't have a big appetitie. I just used one of those calculators online that predicted how many calories you need to take in to maintiain you're weight, which is based on age, height, and weight, i think, and than I just added more calories to that. I think I calculated about 3,500 total daily caloric intake. WIth that, I decided to follow the 40/40/20 guideline and made sure to keep a dietary log using excel.

In the beginning finding all the right combination of foods was a lot of work, because I didn't want to be that annoying person at work that was like "I can't eat lunch there because i'm on a diet", so I just figured out what I could eat at each restaraunt, and then pretty much adjusted dinner to the right combination. You wind up just getting the same thing over an over again and don't even need to log after a while. Just got to make sure you stay active.

I dropped down to 190 for the past couple years though.
