Alright here's the story. So I get asked on a suggestion for what vehicle "woman A" should get right, because she needs a new one. So we scan the web, check out all different models etc etc and find a great deal for mpg, total miles, year, cost and condition. One minor issue. Not her favorite color. No biggie, it's the still the best deal right? Wrong.

A week or so later she is suggested to by "woman B" to get this different make because it's her favorite color, but here's the thing. It costs almost 10k more and they both have the same features, except the one I showed her is better, yet she's saying she's definantly getting this other one.


Honestly, I feel disrespected. This is some sisterhood type of bs and even if it's not my money, idgaf, it's just plain hard headed. Why are women so silly?

I kept telling hrr she should just get that one painted, she said nah. I don't understand why not. She was getting a kick out of telling me no tbh. I'm just going to decline trying to help her out from now on if she asks me to help her because I feel like I wasted my time.

Women tend to read more into things than are there. Who knows what she was really thinking. Maybe she thought she'd "owe" you for finding her the good deal.

Maybe. I wouldn't take it there but I can't lie, I was sort of excited to see her get the one we found because I feel like it would of been fly for her personally. That's the thing too. I may have felt emotions personally on the outcome of it all and I sort of am letting these same ones dictate how I'll deal with her more so from now on, but I didn't let my emotions dictate how we chose which car is clearly the best choice, just the stats. I feel like this is the difference between men and women.
