The process in this video pretty much, except I don't use orvilles popcorn kit. I just measure 1/4 cup of popcorn seed, 13 grams of coconut popcorn oil(butter flavored), and some flavacol, makes popcorn just like at the movies.
If I want to go light I just use a bit of veg oil, and some popcorn salt
if I want to go sweet, I make kettle corn.
And sometimes I do it straight in a bowl like Alton. (he also gave the advice to shake it.)
