Not really though having a masculine/feminine disposition has little to do with how gay you are/aren't.

Another good example of this out in the wild is pimps, how a lot of them peacock, wear bright colors, wear long hair, paint their nails, almost competing with women, essentially dark side psycologists that often use how attuned to femininity they are to break women down.
