old singers used to cover, sing other peoples songs all the time back in the day. hip hop has always been about keeping it original. thats why this shyt wont happen anytime soon...

im not an old grinch that says everything now is garbage, but at this statement

i like a lot f new shyt but people have been biting forever. and really MOST of the time its not biting its just how things work. you take things you have learned from the past, input your originality and thats it. you dont learn to walk without being taught. why do you think so many people act and move like their parents. would you call them unoriginal. no. same with the way you see athletes play etc etc

i'd be down for that. especially if its all interpolations and flips of the original beats. so you wouldnt get the exact same song over again, but the rapper would spit the same lyrics.
