You know what's funny...interesting at least.
In 1980, the Georgia Guidestones were erected, anonymously, outside of Atlanta, GA.
Inscribed in stone is a belief that Earth's population needs to be reduced to 500 million or less. Now currently there are 7.5 billion people on earth, which means 7 billion would have to not exist.
Now here is what is interesting. Someone builds an illegal stone sculpture that basically seems to support somehow eliminating the vast majority of the planet's population.....some might call that eugenics or genocide...but you know...wordplay right. So instead of removing this anonymous structure supporting removing most of Earth's population, it's turned into a city park.
Imagine today, in 2018, a random statue goes up in your neighborhood saying 80% of the population of this neighborhood should not exist, and the city council voted to make this statue a city park.
Trying to increase the comic reference to reality ratio for this thread.
