If you on a bike a decent number of times a cop will just say fukk it. I don't ride myself but my homie and his brother do. My dude little bro especially stay running from 12 when on 2 wheels. It's like a game to him and he's only been caught once. No L, no insurance, he just rides hot boy cuz he knows they usually not going to catch him if they do pull him over. Wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them cats who fukk with bikes think the same way. And you already know the little youngins who riding 30 + deep in the hood on them dirt bikes ain't stopping for the police. They riding till 12 give up. You can see that every summertime Sunday afternoon in the hood.
