CURRENTLY, I do the marketing and promotions for the club..the duties I had before from budtender/vendor/security manager.

My duties include(but not limited to)-
Developing, organizing, structuring, and executing strategies devised to create a increase in patronage-
Research the target demographic for analysis
Oversee Advertising
Hiring of staff and contractors for assignment
Field marketing and promotions
Booking

So Im on the net, making phone calls..trying to make shyt happen..

Again it depends on each city because they limit the number of dispensaries not to mention the permit fee just to open the club.

1st you need a comparable plan that shows how the business is going to accrue revenue based on your projections.

Then you need a MARKETING plan to show HOW you are getting those projections and the cost of operation.

Its like no other business-

You got Rent, Insurance, Staff, Security, Overheard, Decor, Product, Packaging....etc
