The growth of your calves is dependent on your assertion points (the higher it is, the less pronounced your calves will be, because the belly will be smaller). It's why Black folks typically have smaller calves because they have higher calf insertions than every other race. And needless to say, you're going to have to put on more weight if you want to add size to the belly that you do have - only 205lbs at 6'5" ain't gonna cut it.

It's not necessarily because you have "defined, strong" calves, it's because of where the insertion point of your bellies are. And yes, Blacks, in general, have higher insertions than Whites, Asians etc - not all, but just in general. And unless you're aware of your ancestry in this country, your insertion points may have been passed down from Mr. White.Really? Blacks have smaller calves?

But that's the payoff for not having calves, so to speak, is that your Achilles tendons are longer (than someone who has bigger medial and lateral gastroc bellies), and therefore, gives you greater elasticity/spring to sprint and jump.Nygga why the humble brag, just say you ain’t have calves either![]()
