Now that I think about it tho, I have heard of some girls letting dudes that they claim they would not have sex with, give them head because they (they guy) persisted with it. I guess that kinda goes to show that at times, females can be like males too and just receive select sexual relations from someone they're not truly interested on that level (plenty of guys talk about just getting head from a girl he don't like all like that).
