they should knock all em down and build nice affordable housing instead, also seize any vacant residential property. fukk a landlord and a landowner who isn’t putting that shyt to use. especially if they aren’t even in this country.

Some of these malls need to be turned into outlet malls, or even giant retro lounges.

Each store is made to look like a classic store that went out of business. They serve different drinks or food, bar or restaurant, some spaces would just have couches and chairs to lounge in. Half the mall for families, and all ages, the other half for adults only. You can go up and down the escalators and socialize with people in the various spaces. The department stores could be hotels.

You could even just go with an giant indoor bar/club establishment, and the owners can do their own spot or theme, and you can bar and club hop without worrying about weather, and parking. (I’m charging for parking)


This is an amazing idea.
