Nah that's taking it to the extreme. I don't drink beer anyway & like I said, if it's just casual drinking then it's fine.

I drink & I'm still fit. Drinking doesn't make you automatically

I know plenty of chicks in their late 20's and early 30's that party and drink heavy every weekend. Their bodies are still in nice shape.
