If a child is fat, the parents are abusing the child

no way should a child who can't go out and buy food for themselves, or cook themselves be fat. no way, not any excuse everytime I look at a fat child I know right there n then the parents are not fit to be parents. why allow a child to be fat

Depends on how fat the kid is. If we talking a kid being overweight obviously you can't monitor everything your kid puts in their mouth. But if you are 6 built like Lil Terio then you might gotta case.

fat to the point they cant jog, or have a loss of mobility.

Eh, I dunno about that. If they're morbidly obese, then maybe, but some kids (and adults) are just more prone to carrying extra pounds regardless of what they eat.

As a kid I ate a lot and wasn't very athletic, but I was skinny anyway...I knew other kids who did the same and were much bigger than me.
