This is what I got out of it. Women like this are going to do what they want, when they want. Real relationships are more monotony than anything else. For women that don't like routines and constantly likes "excitement" in their relationships, they aren't generally relationship material.

So about 3/4 of the world's marriage-aged feminine population.
