Could be a lot of reasons.

I've encountered probably 5 or 6 women in life who didn't like the kat eaten.

Reasons varied from:

I had a boyfriend tell me I smelled once and have been self-conscious ever since.
I just don't get off that way.
I was abused and it brings back bad memories.
I feel obligated to cum and it doesn't always happen so I feel bad.
