If African Americans were given there own country, would you move there?

Like lets say the government said fukk it..

Nebraska and Wyoming is now called Africa America (or whatever you want), and is a sanctuary for all African Americans who want to move there

Africa America would have their own governing body, kind of like the Native America reservation, but with greater autonomy, as you would have your own constitution

You could have your own president, elections, government grants(like N.A) colleges, farm, companies, jails etc

Would you move there?

Dont kid yourselves, African Americans have no dibs on Africa as very few would selectively choose to move there (or else they would have already)

Black as a whole whether we are African or African American do not work as a collective unfortunately. It would still be a narcissistic society driven by capital gain.
I don't see a communist/ societal society if all African Americans just upped and moved to their own isolated community. Not saying it is impossible but it would take generations upon generations to build a system that could thrive.

Maybe if the family home structure was enforced and no alcohol or drugs at least for the first couple decades/ centuries were enforced and abide by, there could be a possible positive future.
