Not really...personally, all things considered, I prolly have more than a decent grasp on "proper english" and all that good sh!t...I just realize it's all arbitrary and doesn't mean much of sh!t as far as being an effective communicator goes...i'd much rather have rappers become as proficient as possible at conveying their thoughts and feeling via their natural voice and native vernacular...the artistic advantage of rappers with "higher learning" isn't in the language, it's in the ideas and the content...the genre and the "culture" has done perfectly fine without some overly scholarly approach to english
