Only stupid people wait to follow the president's orders on a quarantine. Whether those red states follow his orders or not is unknown. I don't have the stats on those 9 states that don't have stay at home orders but that's common sense, government mandated or not. So whether it's Trump, Obama, Hillary, Bernie, whoever, some people are gonna do what they need to do to stay safe and others are gonna be foolish and not. Most people not risking their lives just because they disagree with the President.

Even if it happened under Obama, it would still be different on presentation. Trump takes every fukking chance he can to tell us how good of a job he is doing. Im not exaggerating.
