If they have you scheduled back to back with other people, some folks can get real chatty. They probably should still have somebody let you know whats going on. Me personally, I would probably just go in there anyway just to get some extra practice. Mentally I would probably already be past that job since they have thrown my day out of wack but might as well make the most of it if you out there applying.

I wouldn’t wait an hour, but I’ve done interviews where I knew for a fact I wasn’t going to accept the job just to get practice getting interviewed.

Use to hate interviews and use to be nervous but I’m a fukkin beast at it now.

It's not normal but there are acceptable excuses for being that late depending on your city's traffic. You could've been in SC and took Amtrak to get to your interview
