Dude, ATL has easily 80-90% all of the hottest act to come out in the last 10 years in rap/hip-hop. If they weren't FROM atlanta, they LIVED there.

And when was ATL ever close to being done?

If anything, I thought Miami would have been able to get things together and hold it down.
