Faulty logic. If BP2 was truly a classic, the music presented as is would be strong enough to warrant such praise. All Eyez On Me and Life After Death are double albums and are still classic as double discs because the music on those albums is strong enough. No matter how you arrange BP2, it's still not a classic album. It's not even because there's not some great music on there, but it's plagued by other flaws. The biggest flaw of the album is that Jay spent too much time addressing haters and detractors and not enough time on what made the original Blueprint classic (introspection, focus, and confidence). Overall, BP2 is more lyrical than BP, but it lacks focus and it's all over the place. Not to mention, it's the soundtrack of a defeated king giving his concession speech vs. the victory lap that he promoted it to be.
