Dr. Dre to me seems like the person who has a lot of multi-million dollar ideas, I could just picture him over the years pitching various ideas to Eazy, Jerry Heller, Suge and Jimmy getting the "ya Dre, we'll look into that" rather then "you might be onto something"


What if Dr. Dre has relinquished his professional brand of music in favor of just making music for recreational purposes? Essentially a hobbyist . . I mean at best we might see a reiteration of the Dr. Dre brand to uphold a status for corporate handlers ala a Jay Z but if he's actively making music he's not releasing it, he's a billionaire . . who knows what he could be working on in the studio. I mean this man stumbled across the Burning Man festivals in 1995, saw that nobody was making money and set-up a company called Black Rock to the throw the Burning Man event, which lasts a couple days and charge a psychedelic-fueled massive gathering of people $500+ . Wouldn't be surprised to see LiveNation come around with $100 million to buy them out

To just do the things that you listed is one thing, to do them at an extremely high level in a competitive market is another. Video games don't make you a billionaire, owning the studio that produces them does. Did he have a speaker coming out ? Or did he own the company that made those speakers? Was he an executive producer on a film? Or did he own the production company?

It's crazy when you look how far the Eazy-E tree extends. The money he used to more or less front NWA stretched like a MUTHAfukkA. Dude might not have been the "idea guy" but he seemed like he knew which ideas to invest in and which ones to not.
