Well, it used to be Puerto Rican. Now it’s Cac Central. Much of inner city Miami is either Cac central, or Hispanics. Not too many areas that are exclusively black anymore. Only Liberty City and other parts of NW Miami. Even historically black areas are becoming increasingly non-black.

nvm the fact that alot of the black people doing the IR dating/marriage on the west(Cali) is yall from out of state. your not seeing a plethora of IR couples in the predominately black parts of LA. seeing black x ___ race IR couples like that usually is in places where transits are
