Game would have been mixtape rapper status at best, I think it was a Good decision for game to part ways from G Unit.

If game stayed in G unit, he would have always been in 50's shadow IMO.

Other than 50, Game and Banks are the only G Unit talents that turned out to have decent careers, Buck and Yayo are :flabbynsick:

I think Game would have been :flabbynsick: if he stayed in the unit.

Idk. 50 was in his prime and all the Game/50 tracks were produced by Dre. Not like Dre is still killing it with beats.

Not gonna lie, I was :to: when Game and 50 had their falling out.

That whole G-Unot era is what really made Game his own person

Before then he was dope but looked at as just a product of the G-Unit wave...I don't think if he was on G-Unit right now either would be any better off

I think what should've happened probably did....like knowing what we know about Game now it's impossible to even consider them not ever butting heads. If Game never opened his mouth past cliche answers etc. he'd just be a boring street rapper.

Game is better off on his own. He left right before G-Unit's downfall.

wouldn't u say Game leaving started the downfall?

I really don't know. At that time, people started to get tired of 50's image of the 9 Shots and the rampant beef. Game, if anything fueled it and done serious damage to Banks and Yayo that have yet to fully recover from. He also sped up the demise of G-Unit considerably.

Best decision Game and his team ever made was to go their own way.
I feel u,otherwise we wouldnt had got all them BWS projects. Imagine if game woulda never dropped any of his artists albums and watched his own career slowly fade.

Game had nothing to do with a downfall. Curtis sold 680k the first week! If anything the showdown with Kanye was his downfall. Game didn't mean a thing to g unit. I think jimmy iovine said it best "some people make a hit record then they keep trying to duplicate that record and then everything sounds the same" 50 was trying to hard to make another in the club when he should have just been making music.
