You don't need an update to something that is timeless,that explains the science of the body and gives you a proper path that you have yet to grasp or to follow.

Plus we are creating our own bible in real time,god can't help it if modern day people are less insightful for the most part,and less articulate and clever with our writing.
You could write a bible right now and it could be just as valid as the "bible" you have now,if it speaks the truth.
