GTA games on pc have a folder you put ur music in and it is its own radio station ingame 
I feel like the DJs need a larger role in the stations. They have all these names as DJs, but 4 & 5 have some of the most forgettable DJ segments.
I was hoping GTA V would have a trailer with Julio G saying 'Good morning, Los Santos' or some shyt like that

Every GTA game on PC comes with the custom station...
You just drag your mp3s into a folder where the save games are located...I think GTA4 added a DJ and commercials after every track but you can disable that if you want...
Don't really understand why yall console peasants don't get the custom stations...
