The mean IQ score for women is about 2 or 3 points higher than it is for men.

However the standard deviation for male scores is higher than that of women so in terms of absolutes the upper 10% of men will be higher than the upper 10% for women.


Because of the high variation, the flip side of this is that the dumbest motherfukker you will ever meet will also be a man
