It was rampant in my old department at my old school. People didn't even bat an eye b/c most people grown at that level. There's a big difference between a random professor and a grown student hitting it off vs. a grown ass adult and an underage child.
Then again this is graduate school where people are super grown like 25+ so people don't care as much. I know professor couples now who met their spouses in college.
