They both need the ball in their hands ALOT and harden typically drives to the basket rather than spotting up for a three and receiving the pass that way..i mean it could work cus harden is a good shooter and CP3 has no problem getting penetration into the lane but for some reason i think Harden would rather handle the ball more than what he was doing in OKC when Russ and KD were the ball handlers and he was getting the ball dished off to him.

they'd have a monta/jennings like combination but better. They'd both have to change their game up a bit though cause yea they hold the ball too much. But that would be one aggressive offensive combo.
I feel like CP3 is too small to dominate a game as a scorer on a nightly basis so Hardens scoring would make things easier for him all around. That's the real benefit I see.

How did it work? Cause they went to the playoffs in 2000 and 2001? Penny only played in like 60 games in 2000 and 4 in 2001. I never said they clashed, just that i stopped having expectations for these super backcourts after him and Kidd didn't work out because of injury and Kidd being traded.

If they played bad together that's one thing, but injuries?Injuries happen, that has nothing to do with whether or not super backcourts are successful

If a player is hurt and cant play then obviously they cant live up to expectations.
