if they matched up, LeBron would lock him up and he wouldn't be able to defend LeBron...simple!
LeBron is the better scorer although Bird is the better pure shooter. He's a better finisher. Their playmaking/passing abilities are about equal although Bron is more versatile because he could play the point. Bird is a better rebounder. Lebron is a much better defender. Lebron has already tied him when it comes to Final MVPs.
