I don't think you can use Rock to say Vince is racist.

He simply was never in a position to win at Mania, nor did he NEED to be.

He may not be Caucasian American but all the way down to the blue contacts, he's been white washed and will do for Vince.
Reigns has been pegged as Cena's replacement since The Shield debuted in 2012.
He wouldn't have won the Rumble, been blown by half the roster on air, and shoved to the forefront over other, better equipped stars if Vince didn't want him to be the face of his company.
He's their guy & to insinuate otherwise is silly.

Either he wins or he puts up enough of a fight that it legitimizes him in the eyes of the fans. If Brock is leaving let him sell the fact that Roman took him to the limit. Seth cashes in on Brock and hits him with a few curb stomps after J&J sacrifice themselves.
