Probably so. I think you are reborn with the same mentality just in a different body and different living circumstances.

I think how you lived your last life determines if you are born into a good or bad situation. Id imagine if the Nazis were reborn as Palestinians just because the higher power knew what they would eventually go thru. All those kids from Palestine will probably be born into much better circumstances next go round.
