Buy an already established website that gets most of its traffic from google and makes most of its money with ads. This way I'm minimizing risk because I'm not creating something from scratch, I'm buying something that is already working and is generating money from day 1. Plus, this is as close to "automatic" money as it gets. Very little time would have to be spent on this per day. This is not a trade time for money type of business.
