It depends on the resolution, frame rate, and overall graphical fidelity. Three of the four listed are guaranteed to be on PC though, so your point's kinda moot.

Why the fukk would anyone care about DLC that they may or may not even get.
And if they had to wait a month (which is how its usually done) you think we still in Jr.High bruh? I'm pretty sure DLC releases pretty quickly, 99% of gamers will not have completed the game by the time DLC releases anyway.
The added power also means they can have smarter artificial intelligence, you think people would want to sacrifice that plus graphic fidelity to get some bullshyt DLC 30days early?
