for one I would sue the agent that sold it too me. but i think this is a case where they knew he was living there but didn't think it would be a problem getting him out.


my second option would be to hire someone to force him out. fukk going through courts. For $5,000 I can find someone to make it to where I would not only move the fukk out, he would clean up and paint the walls.

Simple solution is never buy a house sight unseen. They clearly didn't get a pre-purchase inspection done, otherwise they would have discovered the squatter. They should make a law requiring the listing realtor to disclose if a property has a squatter living in it. This puts the burden on the original owners and realtors to solve.
