Jinn always does things his own way, always sure he is right, always incredulous if we do not see it his way. Some think he is a gray Jedi.Tyvokka, on Qui-Gon Jinn

The term Gray Jedi, or Gray, had two meanings. First, it was used by Jedi and Sithto describe Force-users who walked the line between the light and dark sides of the Forcewithout surrendering to the dark side, and second, it described Jedi who distanced themselves from the Jedi High Council and operated outside the strictures of the Jedi Code. However, those who were considered to be true Gray Jedi met both qualifications and did not belong to any particular Force tradition. One example was Jolee Bindo, a former Jedi Padawan and a Gray Jedi that served the Old Republic.

The force is real, the force is inherently neutral.

Jedi and Sith are religions (Think Christianity vs Islam) , the force is beyond religion. It's why Luke is saying that the Jedi must die in the new movie. He has come to understand that picking a 'side' even in the name of being good only polarizes and casts a shadow. You can't defeat the dark, you can't defeat the light. You can only balance the force. As long as there are Jedi there will be a "satan" or an Enemy.

The Jedi must die because religion must die. Because religion distorts, polarizes and separates man from SPIRIT.

I'm on my Mace Windu shyt, I walk in step with my shadow.

Sith. Or more accurately, someone who uses the dark side of the force but is not necessarily a Sith. Being a Jedi requires superhuman amounts of self control, willpower and discipline. The Force actually influences your decisions, you're kind of it's puppet, it's not completely passive.

If I one day ended up with telepathic and telekinetic powers, I would use it for selfish reasons (as would everyone else) which inadvertently pushes you to the dark side.

Frankly I'd be cool with it at first. The Sith are after absolute freedom, they want to free themselves of any limits. Then the inevitable fall comes.

whats the difference?

Same difference there is between Christianity and Islam.

In fact, Star Wars, as is a lot of movies are pulled from mass consciousness to reflect and at times warn us about ourselves. Our movies are the new hieroglyphs.
