No one will top Jim Carrey but with the success of Dead Pool, I could see The Mask being way more edgy and violent than the 1994 version :mjgrin: get real dark with it...but who could do the lead part justice? :patrice:
Ironically enough I was going to say Ryan Reynolds :jbhmm: I don't know if he has the range to put on a performance like Jim but he definitely has the comedy part down.

That might actually work. Problem would be that he probably would have to do a rebrand. DC is too explicit and doesnt have a filter. He has the work ethic though; if they put him in some classes for a couple of months he'd nail the role imo.
