If the Pacers lose tonight, how will this team be remembered?

Most disappointing team of all-time?

Tailor-made to dethrone the Heat. Built-up the remaining areas that held them back last year. Got Evan Turner, Luis Scola, etc.

We expected Hibbert to build on becoming one of the best young big men in the league. We expected George to solidify himself as an every night superstar. Stevenson has stepped, but he's still too young to expect more from. D. West has lost his edge. George Hill is still.....George Hill. The coaching/gameplanning seems to have regressed.

Anything less than a game 7 appearance is an all-time level of disappointment.

Just my opinion.

What do you guys think?

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
This would probably be the end of that group if they lose tonight, it would be one of the most crushing losses in recent NBA history.

They've been looking forward to this series all year, and it's been building up for 3 years, for them to lose in 5 on their homecourt would be straight :merchant: status. It would be 3 steps back, and I couldn't see Bird sticking with this group.

ATL…overly
No one thought this team was that good. We saw my Hawks toy with Indy as an under .500 8 seed, if you a new nikka these results probably DID surprise you

We knew George Paul wasn't a superstar and is really a good/very good role player
We knew Lance was gonna fukk up the flow at some point
The bench was/is trash
Hibbert is a big doofus

This team folds at the slightest chance of adversity...if they get down early tonight they'll lose by 25+

your dumb ass believed the hype

Team was never that good

Oh, so taking the Heat to a game 7(when they basically gave away game 1) last year didn't mean anything? Having a better record than the Heat doesnt mean anything? Being the ultimate physical opposition that clearly gave the Heat trouble the way nobody else could doesn't mean anything?

There was no "hype", you could see this team was good enough to win, IF they got better....which they did not.

not really more fraudulant than the Knicks who couldn't get past jordan. They were built to bully him in the paint, tried to jordan rule him but they never got past the hump. Sometimes you're just not as good as your competition; this is one of them.

they were on borrowed time post the all star game.

I could care less about last year game 7 when the below 500 hawks that shouldn't have been in the offs took them to game 7 THIS YEAR

like I said you fell for it :sas1:

Exactly my whole point.

We have to wait to see what the real story is behind their mid-season collapse.

But they're one of the most fraudulent #1 seeds in recent memory. Should have never gotten to the Conference Finals.

Yeah, something happening. The way Hibbert shutdown, somebody probably tried to holla at his wife or something. lol Or maybe it's just the Andrew Bynum being there effect.
