Yeah. If you know you are innocent, and they dropping charges on you, counter-sue with the lawyer against the accuser. By definition, having a lawsuit put against you is already fukking up your reputation. Why should you get fukked over? Say, ok, I am suing you for ruining my reputation because that shyt could be on my background check.
